In Loving Memory of
Billy Edward Manning, Sr.
August 23, 1966 – May 1, 2026
Billy Edward Manning, Sr., 59, of Lonoke, Arkansas, peacefully transitioned to be with the Lord on May 1, 2026. His passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, yet his memory will forever be cherished.
Billy was born on August 23, 1966, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Junior and Della Manning. He was a man who found joy in life’s simple blessings and lived with a spirit that was easygoing, warm, and genuine.
He truly loved the little things—taking long drives, listening to country music, enjoying a good Sunday game of golf, and spending time at the ball field watching his children and grandchildren play. Those moments brought him great happiness, and his presence was a steady source of love and encouragement to his family.
Billy had a special place in his heart for his eleven grandchildren: Alyssa, Marisa, McKenzie, Maci, Mia, Layla, Harper, Kasen, Eli, Owen, and Watson. Each of them held a unique bond with him, and he treasured every opportunity to love, guide, and support them.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving children: Billy Manning Jr. (April) of Lonoke, Ricky Manning (Sarah) of Ward, and Jenny Manning-Stroud (Michael). He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, his devoted companion Patty Thompson, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Junior and Della Manning, and his brother, Ricky Manning.
Though he has departed this earthly life, Billy’s legacy of love, laughter, and quiet strength will live on in the lives he touched. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his laid-back spirit, and the love he shared so freely with his family and friends.
