Mr. Billy Ross Ricks 87, of Carlisle AR, formerly of Campbell MO passed away June 14, 2021, born July 14, 1933 to the late John S. and Evelyn Carter Ricks. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and was of the Baptist faith.

Billy was a farmer and a machinist in the metal fabrication industry He proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He loved listen to country and southern gospel music, especially the Texans.  If you listened real closely, sometimes he even sang along.  His favorite past time was spending time with children, grandchildren, family and friends.  If you knew him, his dry humor would make your day.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, grand daughter, Madilyn Joyce Ricks of Carlisle AR, Brother Teddy Ricks of Crestwood MO and Sister Maurine Dills of St Louis.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving son and daughter, Bill and Christina Ricks of Carlisle AR, Sisters Patricia Sherrill and   Jean Choate, granddaughters Alexzandra Milles, Nikole Treadaway and Emily Berg-Ricks, grandson/granddaughter, Michael and Stefanie Horseman Grandsons John Ricks, McKinley Ricks and three Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and Friends.
