Bobby Joe Elmore Jr., 48, of Carlisle, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025. Born on September 1, 1976, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, Bobby lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a passion for the outdoors.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Bobby spent countless hours on the bayou and at the reservoir, doing what he loved most. Whether hunting in the woods or fishing along the water, he found joy in every outdoor adventure. Known for his humor, Bobby loved to make people laugh and bring smiles to those around him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Elmore; his brother, Chad Elmore; and his grandparents.

Bobby is survived by his sons, Kaleb Elmore and Konner Elmore, both of Carlisle, and Tyler Legate of Furlow. He is also survived by his father, Bobby Joe Elmore Sr. of Carlisle; the mother of his children, Andrea Elmore of Carlisle; his sister, Julie Mertens (Ronny) of Searcy; and his girlfriend, Natalie Hart of Carlisle.

A celebration of Bobby's life will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Carlisle. The viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Hamilton Cemetery in Carlisle immediately following the funeral. Family and friends will gather to share memories and honor the joy he brought into their lives.

Bobby Joe Elmore Jr. will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
