Joy Lee was born on January 10, 1949 in Brinkley, Arkansas to the late Gahaza and Cora Bell Pearson. He was preceded in his death by parents, grandparents, and 4 brothers Bonard, Poncho, Johnny, and Richard.Joy went home to be with the Lord Thursday night Novembe12, 2020
Joy accepted Christ at an early age and was united with The Free Will Baptist church. Under the leadership of Rev W. D. Swanigan.
Joy graduated from Marian Anderson High school in 1965. He attended Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock majoring in Engineering. After college he continued his studying at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Joy was a truck driver for 35 years, enjoying the good life driving all over the United State.
Joy enjoyed his daughter and spending time with grandson who he cherished. Joy will be missed by his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter, Mary Virden, grandson, Meiko Virden, Two sons Chris Gray, and Carl Gray
