Reflection of Life

On March 1,1961 Lora Ann Williams was born to Richard Cegers and Dorthy Mosby of Hazen, AR. Loras' other siblings include Evelyn Collins of Tampa FL, Frazzer Mosby(Carla) of Hazen AR, Keith Mosby(Myan) of Jacksonville AR, Emma Mosby of Carlisle AR, Stephaine Combs(Donald) of Humphrey AR, Sheila Medlock(late Rickey) of Hazen AR.

Lora is preceded in death by her father, Richard Cegars and mother, Dorthy Mosby. She also leaves her Husband Marty Williams Sr of Centerton; children Marty Williams Jr.(Sara) of Gravette AR, Shawntell Reagor(Glenn) of Centerton AR, and Latoya Williams of Alexander AR; Grandchildren includes Shemar Holloway, Marion Slater, Dakota Ricks, Braxton Williams, Taelynn Williams, Marlo Williams, Bella Fox, and Davari Fox, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lora graduated from Hazen High School in 1980. She attended Lee Cosmetology School and graduated in the early 90s. She did hair for over 20 years before retiring and opening up her family restaurant Williams Famous Fried Chicken and Soul Food in 2012 and now leaves the Food Truck to be operated by her son Marty Williams Jr. Lora served in her community and also feed the Arkansas Razorbacks Football team on numerous occasions. Lora had a deep love for spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She found joy in cooking (because they were from her late mother recipes), baking, reading her bible, shopping, traveling, and going out to eat. She was known for her Desserts: Italian Cream Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Cream Cheese Pound Cake, Sweet Potato Pie, Pecan Pie, Peach Cobbler and many more.

Lora was not yet fully dedicated as a Jehovah's Witness but she knew that Jehovah was God and she looked forward to getting baptized.

Lora resided in Centerton, AR where she fell asleep in death on September 11,2025. She will truly be missed.
