Ruth Jane Qualls was born August 9, 1949 in Hazen, AR, to the late Ruth Lee Qualls.

Ruth Jane Qualls departed this life on August 1, 2022 at Springhill Baptist Hospital. She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Ruth Lee Qualls, four brothers, Chyde Qualls, Leodus Qualls, Demetrious Qualls, and Zakee Wadood Sr.: her great-niece and caregiver Kaila L. Burton and Sister-in-lawQualls, Leodus Qualls, Demetriuous Qualls, and Zakee Wadood Sr.: her great-niece and  Dorothy Qualls (Leodus).

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, two sisters, Zola Jackson (Hazen, AR) and Baseemah Hasan (Fort Worth, TX Baseeman Hasan (Fort Worth, Txon August 13, 2022 at Gof neices n (Hazen, Ar) and Baseeman Hasan (Fort Worth, Tx) her sister-in) her sister-in-law, Gail Qualls (Demetrious Qualls Hazen, Ar) a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
