Tyrus LaRon Metcalf "Ron" of Beebe, Arkansas, departed this life Monday, November 4, 2024 at Unity Health Medical Center. Ron was born in Stuttgart on November 8, 1989 to Tyrus and Viola (Williams) Metcalf. They lived in Des Arc for most of his younger years, with his siblings, Jonathan "Johnny"Williams and Carmen "Pooh" Metcalf.

Ron attended Des Arc Public Schools and was a graduate of the Class of 2009. After graduating high school Ron went to work for Bill and Shaley Calhoun at Custom Irrigation in Des Arc. This was like finding his second family, Ron loved them so much.

In 2009, Ron met the love of his life, whom he later married in 2017, Brooke (Cote) Metcalf. They went on to have 15 wonderful years together and welcomed their first and only child, Karter Blayke Metcalf, on November 20, 2022.

He started his adventure as an associate at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center 6018 in Searcy just before they married. He quickly grew to love his new career and become part of the management team a few years later.

Ron loved being on his bike and could ride for hours. He was in the process of joining The Punishers LEMC and was very excited about that.

Ron could light up any room he walked in, you just could not be in a bad mood when he was around. He was loved by so many and will be tremendously missed by all.

Ron is preceded in death by his Mother: Viola (Williams) Metcalf, his Grandparents: John Williams Sr., Burnette Williams, and Sarah Metcalf, and his cousin, Brandon Tyre Hood.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Brooke, his daughter, Karter, his father, Tyrus, his Brother Johnny (Jessica), his sister, Pooh, his father in law, Ronnie (Angie), his mother in law, Vickie (William), his sister in law Ashlie (Glenn), His nieces and nephews: Marley, KJ, Jagger, Preslie, Duke, and Phoenix, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
