Veneta "Tina" Ruth Spicer was born June 16, 1962 in Hazen, Arkansas to the late Leroy Allen and Emma Russell. She departed this life on Thursday;
May 7, 2020 surrounded family and friends.
She was a faithful member of The Historic Revelation Church of God In Christ in Carlisle, AR under the leadership of Pastor Harold Reed SR. and later moved to Jacksonville where she became a member at the Emmanuel Covenant Community Church.  Throughout her Christian walk she was involved in so many ministries that kept her busy for the Lord. Her ministries included being a licensed Missionary for COGIC, Sunday school teacher, YWCC teacher, on the usher board, praise team, choir, witnessing team, cleaning committee, decorating committee, and most of all she was an Evangelist that spoke, taught, and believed in the word of God. At any time you would see Tina praying for others, laughing with friends and family, and just enjoying the goodness of God. She was

Proceeded in death by her father, grandmother Rubbie Russell, and her ex-husband Richard Spicer.
She leaves to cherish her memories mother Emma Russell, two brothers Stanley Russell and Carlos Russell, son Terrance Russell, two daughters Shaylon Ware and Charday Russell, three grandsons Jalen Wilson, Terrance Russell Jr(Rock), and Paris Russell, four granddaughters Terianna, Arianna, Aniyah, and Londyn Russell, Auntie/Mother/Family Deon Allen, Buena Katrina and Clevon, sisters Clhiaini Blakemore, Desiree Price, and De'Laina Miller, Mother in law Janice Hall,  many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, spiritual daughters, and friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday May 9, 2020, 12pm at the Carlisle Cemetery in Carlisle, AR.
